China uses a company in Germany that targets a lot of systems worldwide. They along with both Korea's and the Eastern Block are the biggest offenders but the most successful are the Isrealies.

Edit: that I have noticed.

BigPapa bashing aside the Army has the right game plan going. The Navy is mired in their idiotic campaign known as NMCI.

The air Force isn't bad, they are just what you expect and nothing more.

The real trick is convincing your boss you are so overworked that someone else can be hired to help, then they do all the work and you do all the loafing and eventually they catch on and do what you did.

I'm that familiar with the system. :)

They probably aren't telling you everything. :p

Maybe ten years ago I was sitting in a coffee house and in walks this guy dressed all in leather complete with mini skirt and four inch heels, the guy sitting with me said he the guy wrote firewalls for NSA.

I've pretty much lost all faith in the integrity of Washington.

I still have faith in the services but there are too many policies such as this.

Navy rates last of the services in my opinion NMCI has completely neutralized it. Besides I wouldn't be able to debate my way out of it if I went with them.
