Mccullers just doesn't seem to have the motor to dominate.....he certainally hasn't been impressive thus far

Insane comment. McCullers size and athleticism gives us a chance in the SEC and next week. Give the man a break. He has obviously worked his tail off this off season. I'm proud of big Dan, and I'm glad he's in our side and not the other guys. His presence just wears opponents down. If you notice in the second half the line of WKU was gassed.
Mission accomplished big Dan, job well don!

There is a difference between sloppy turnovers, and turnovers that are created. All but one of the seven turnovers were created by our defense.

The dline looked pretty good all day, the LBs looked lost at times and the secondary had a good game. I wouldn't say we have a top 25 d but we should be considerably better than last season. WKU struggled to run the ball at times and their vaunted RB was a non-entity for just about the whole game. I have concerns in pass coverage but the second half adjustments give me hope that the d is on the right track. We are in good hands people, don't expect Rome to get built this year.

# 41 looked pretty damn good to me. OLBs don't play much better than he did today.
