Wow...just got back from overseas and dang what a nice roll we are on. Very impressive offer list on this guy.

I'm a star gazer, so I'm happy to get as many 4*s as we can get. But not to rain on anyone's parade, this kid is a 5 foot 9 corner -- can he defend 6 foot 3 WRs in the SEC? I'm assuming he's fast as heck, but is he bringing a ladder with him? What am I missing here? (And yes, I know Butch is a better judge of talent & need than me).

Just out of curiosity, why is he ranked #236 nationally (per rivals) but has no position ranking? I've noticed this on rivals about the 2014 class. Do they not rank players by position until such-n-such time?

Oh yeah, and BOOOOOM!!!

As long as he is aggressive it won't matter if he's 5'4". You get into the WR off the line and disrupt his route and you win the battle most the time as a CB unless you are dealing with a big, physical WR.

5'10~5'11 is the ideal size for a corner. he's 5'9 and half. he's only 17 and he'll grow an inch probably.

Nickell Robey and the Honey Badger disagree....
