Just read the article on Zo meeting with Bradshaw. Some seem to think it may be for a coaching job. Its on go vols extra. Sorry I couldn't link it.

Don't really know why he would want Bradshaw--zero coaching experience. I would think with his limited experience as a head coach, he would want seasoned assistant coaches.

Would be GA position, perfect for a former player getting started in coaching. Pancratz started as GA and I believe that if he stays he would be actual assistant coach. He was assistant to head coach after GA position.

There are many positions Dane could grab, but assistant coach is not one. He could be an assistant to the HC like Pancratz was, assistant to BB Ops, video coordinator, GA or whatever title they would like to give.

The question will be is he willing to work for little to no money and do the dirty things nobody else wants to do, like carry bags, schedule the buses etc.

I've read/heard that's very hard for former players, especially guys that are high profile type of guys.

Agree. Would be great if there was a staff role that would enable him to have many PR opportunities, doing interviews during season, etc. Would be great way to connect new staff with fan base and he is good and personable with media. Would supplement some of the areas lost with Pearl's departure. I know Shay and Jones did a lot of media interviews in season, would be great job fro Bradhsaw if he gets job on staff

Well, he was a star player, so it would be hard for him to accept any position that damages his image at UT.

While Zo is picking up the elite black recruits, Dane can hand pick the quality white boys. Shrewd imo.

CCM downplayed it on Vol Calls last night, to the point of saying "It wasn't really an interview". IIRC

That said, some position in the department would make sense.
