I think Bradshaw excelled more because of what he did with less talent and his position. Playing PF at that height in the SEC is difficult to say the least. Maymon is clearly better and also showed tremendous improvement under Martin, but he has the tools to do so.
Yes, but usually when comparing anything between 2 players, you pick players whose games or positions are similar. Maymon and Bradshaw's games couldn't be further apart and what each brings to the team is different than the other.
I think Steven Pearl and Dane's play is more similar than mayMAN's and Dane. I'm not hating on Dane, and I think he was way better than Pearl. But both relied on heart and not much talent. Maymon has both.
Bradshaw went from being a guy that should have sat on the bench to being the glue player on very successful teams. Nothing was expected of Bradshaw. Maymon went from being a huge disappointment on the edge of being labeled a bust to being the go-to guy on a team with no identity.
I'd answer the OP's question with Bradshaw - only because of the expectation factor.
