Can it be assault with a deadly weapon if the weapon is not used or even brandished? I figure that's why they dropped the felony but TBH, I'm not even sure he didn't use the weapon. I just read nothing that stated he used it.

I think he is great, but do you think he would be brave enough to face the consequences of going after Obama in any meaningful way, if he felt inspired? I don't think he would.
