I'm sure he's figured out a way to delve into prospective and current employees' personal lives without violating laws, it would be interesting to know how he's getting around it. That being said I think most of us would prefer to keep personal lives and preferences out of a professional environment.

Where is Dave Ramsey based? If it's in TN he didn't violate any laws, in TN you can be fired for any reason as long as you're not in a protected class and then it takes some imagination.

One of the few things that have worked out perfectly for me, right when my mortgage interest deduction dropped to about even with the standard, the standard got raised significantly.
