Colorado doesn't even have an OL coach right now
Deions going to have a harder time recruiting coaches after how he handled this year. If I was a talented coordinator or position coach I wouldn't chose to be on his staff. The way he treated Sean Lewis is awful. Tim Brewester was probably his most experienced and respected coach and wanted nothing to do with that program anymore. Nick Williams also bolted. These 3 coaches all left on their own accord to lateral moves.

He kinda already disrespected the coaching staff after they’ve already planned to meet him at his home before he bolted out west.
Yep. He knew what he was doing. I'm all for kids wanting a moment but manipulating people in the process crosses the line... Not sure why Boo Carter seems so aligned with this kid but it's a red flag.

That's why it's important to have a minority coach in leadership.

I know it sounds crazy, but it's the truth now.
The kids who commit to a coach in part due to having the same race as them are simply racist. It’s no different than a white kid refusing to play for a coach that isn’t white. How would we feel about that? It’s no different. I’d rather not cave to it.

Which is fine *as long as he didn’t lie to coaches and tell them he was coming*
I would argue it's not fine, it's a huge red flag to let yourself get played by a staff into a considerably worse situation but I take your point.

Going on FS1 and intentionally misleading programs and then racebaiting on national tv is definitely drama.
If you're putting that much energy and effort into the decision of a HS kid, you may want to prioritize things in life. Im sitting at my desk working and watching Martin. Checked 247 to see who is new in the portal. I laughed because I knew it would be total meltdown.
