'24 DC OT Jordan Seaton (Future Portal Entry)

The mods haven't said anything.

The Oregon posters think it's good because their staff was in LA.

The Ohio St posters think it's good because their coach will be in AZ.

Our posters think it's good because our coach is in Vegas.

The Alabama posters think everything is great because they're Alabama. Which is actually true when the committee and the conference do everything they can to make you feel special, but that's for another thread.
Well, there it is----he's committing in Lower Alabama----the other LA

That's the Ohio State mod.

This is the other Ohio State mod:

This is from the Bama mod:
This tells me all I need to know. The Ohio State and Bama mods saying “nobody knows,” but I’m going to go ahead and start crying about but Tennessee NIL anyway.

Also, Arion Carter vibes with Bama showing up at IMG to see him… lol

If you had the opportunity to make six figures playing a sport you wouldn’t take it???? I do not understand mentality regarding NIL at all. If anyone else in our personal life gets a huge opportunity for pay raise we congratulate them but hate on college kids for it. SO WEIRD
That sounds a lot like LIV golf. People hate them because they pay big money

All the tea leaves point to TN, however I would not count out Ohio St. and Alabama, but I also can see him at Oregon, but He could also pull out a surprise and pick Colorado, Florida, or Maryland.
Big recruits like this we're ever in on… if Fong hasn’t dropped a ball for Tennessee after 48 hours of information but isn’t bullish on anyone it means we really are shaping up great. Typically by now he’ll at least hint we’re fading or someone is emerging out of the dust.

He’s always quick to tell us we’re out but never pulls the trigger on a ball for us until it’s basically commitment time. No negative news from him a day out is a great sign

NIL market shaking out like NFL market, as has been discussed on here and elsewhere in the last couple of years
Look at both of Peyton’s super bowls… elite line play and HOF defensive end combos plus nasty safeties. Starting edges for his two SB:
Colts - Mathis/Freeney DE, Bethea/Bob Sanders safeties
Broncos - Ware/Miller DE, TJ Ward/Darian Stewart safeties

Arion wouldn’t meet with them and then round two with Seaton… they show up and the coaches are like bro he’s in LA. Meanwhile AP hours earlier was like he’s working out in LA. So yeah Bama is way out lol

Just hope we got enough left for our numerous roster needs for next year.

That’s not a “today me” problem that’s a “future me” problem.

In all seriousness, I think our NIL is healthy. We do need more members overall, but I think we have some big donors who are carrying a lot of the weight. Just a guess based on our member numbers.

There is some truth to that, but Nike is a business first .... and Phil Knight knows that he must be careful about pi$$ing off other schools they have contracts with, by exerting too much direct influence over where the elite players go.
I would think Phil Knight the man could contribute to a collective which would tie him to Oregon but don’t believe Nike the company could NIL bind him to Oregon. Seems to me that neither the NCAA or especially shareholders would be OK with that but Phil has plenty of money to do it through the collective and then just give himself a raise.
