Added a former starting qb from Maryland from the dc area same high school as rakim and mordecai actually a good player just needs to stay healthy

Win-win here. Gives us depth for QB position but should not effect Bailey. Probably gives us a little more chance at Rakim as well. Has some upside if he can stay healthy as well.

Honestly, this is preferable to signing another freshman and then you're bottom heavy with Freshmen and Sophomores. Would much rather have someone with experience. He is highly intellectual, which hopefully should mean he will pick up the system quickly.
