Not saying we aren’t getting the top Wr’s because we already have one at least pledging (again it’s still recruiting) but nonetheless we will get athletes period.

You’re going to see it materialize this cycle (Pruitt’s) kind of players... the athletes that test well.... and they will probably be at Wr... so just because it doesn’t have Wr beside their name doesn’t mean that’s not where they will be... they will try and get as many athletes as they can because this coaching staff knows what to do with them...

That's what gets me the most excited....the coaches knowing what to do with them.

EJ. Likely Clemson bound. Muhsin Muhammad is my bet as the 3rd guy. He’s on Baileys 7 on 7 team and our only competition is NC State. Also wouldn’t be surprised if we make Elijah Young a WR instead of a RB, assuming we sign him.

If we can pull a full 25, I would guess:

QB - 2
RB - 2
WR - 4
OL - 4
TE - 1
DT - 2
DE - 3
LB - 4
DB - 3

I would flip one of the LBs to DE. might be picking nits but we haven't taken too many 3-4 DEs the two years Pruitt has been hear. jmo

I also think we take another specialist. not sure where to take it out of though. and yes I think we have to spend a scholarship on it.

I’d switch one of those QBs to an OL. And I think since we only took 23 last cycle we can take 27 this go around. Maybe add a DB and the LS we have committed to that

depends on where they counted (or can/could count) Gibbs and Solomon....i'm not certain we're going to be able to oversign this cycle.

i think we're pretty attached to that 25 number for the time being....of course it seems like that changes regularly....so.........

oh, i don't disagree with that. tbh, not knowing what JG does after this year, we could roll in to next spring with 4 scholarship QB's, a RS Sr, RS So, RS Fr and whatever we decide to do with HB.

of course that's making some assumptions......like no one transfers or leaves early etc.....but it's a possiblity. and if that were "known" today, yeah, 2 qb's this cycle doesn't make a lot of sense.

and i'm always going to be ok wtih getting as many DL or OL as we can....whatever the max # is for a cycle, we should hit that #.

maybe, but it seems like lsu is higher on jermaine burton, or at least feels they have a more reasonable expectation of landing him. seem to be putting more resources his direction.

I think Burton ends up at UGA. Jmo
