Really? You don’t say. Or, could it be, that the coaches there do not have a QB friendly offense or that the QB coach isn’t very good? Could that be it? Seems likely to have a continuous string of 4 star QBs go there and never amount to anything.couldn't tell you? not really a studied lsu fan. I just know that past historical performances by former players has no bearing on future players. insisting otherwise is...well, dumb.
Insisting with absolution is dumb... but coaching, player development and offensive game-plan can do wonders with making people look much better than they are/showcasing actual talent.couldn't tell you? not really a studied lsu fan. Development is key. They don’t seem to be able to develop QBsInsisting with absolution is dumb... but coaching, player development and offensive game-plan can do wonders with making people look much better than they are/showcasing actual talent.
I think we're so used to the Les Miles version of LSU that runs the ball 70% of the time and banks on a fantastic defense that a stigma emerged for the QB position.
So... it's not completely without merit... but yea, past players are certainly not current players

What are you talking about? Chaney and TN have a history of really good QB’s. That’s the debate. And Ed O is a DL coach. Your post makes 0 sense.Careful dude. You're building as strong a case for staying away from UT as for staying away from LSU. One of the most powerful offenses UT had was when Ogre was on staff. Of course Chaney was too, but it would still be smart to drop it.

I think it’s funny how it ruffles your jimmies actually. It’s hilarious to see how defensive you’ve become of LSU and OgreI was at the spring game and they aired it out a lot. The O coordinator came from working with drew brees. I honestly couldn’t care less, I just don’t understand why this ruffles your jimmies so badly.
And for all that amounting to nothing I think last year there were more former tiger QBs on NFL rosters than any other school. Maybe the year before. Now you’ll say “but they didn’t do anything in the nfl” and I’ll say “who ****ing cares.”
Are you suggesting one of UTs "most powerful offenses" was 2009 with Jonathan Crompton at QB?Careful dude. You're building as strong a case for staying away from UT as for staying away from LSU.
