If I’m being real I think Pruitt is a very good football coach. I think that bc of the staff he has attracted to him since being hired as head coach. I think we have a top shelf coaching and recruiting staff. That said I think it’s going to take some time and some proof for us to get back to an elite level in recruiting.

Bama and Georgia both had elite talent when their respective coaches were hired. Our talent is well you can see what it is with our drafted players or our offensive line. We have a void of talent at developmental positions that aren’t going to be consistently competitive on the SEC level without a few years in S&C. That’s reality and it sucks ball.

That said I think Pruitt is recruiting the right kind of players and with time will get us there. But we’re not going to get there overnight and most kids don’t give a damn about how good Tennessee will be in a few years. They want immediate gratification at schools like Clemson, Bama, Georgia, LSU, etc.

Clemson Bama and ga I can see. But instant gratification at LSU? Losing to Bama every year, never winning the west, and winning, at most, 9 wins in the regular season is instant gratification?

Who freaking cares?!? My posts and Hubbs comments have nothing to do with Tn and our record. It has only to do with LSU and their crappy QB’s and offensive system for receivers?

Why do you guys feel the need to defend LSU and throw out 5-7 and mock our own program? Makes 0 sense on Volnation.com

They have something to sell a WR though Bass. I know it’s crazy to you but these kids are sold on being the OBJ. Orgeron has always been good at communicating and recruiting these kids.

Not defending LSU, but I am objective enough to recognize that they've double our win total in the last two years.
