Schula was dealt two terrible OT and Prothro's injury, there wasn't much he could do with what he had. He's a bright guy and knew to let his defense keep him in games ala 6-3.(Lexvol @ Dec 27 said:I don't think Shula is anywhere close to QB guru status, and don't understand how that relates to the way CPF is viewed. I thought Jay Fielder was awful. I think the Bama offense is self limiting.

Bammer had two OT who couldn't block my grandmother (who's dead). Croyle took a beating all year. Half the time (like in our game) he looked like all he wanted to do was throw the damn thing before he got pummelled.(CSpindizzy @ Dec 30 said:A lot of it has to do with the QB class coming out. Have you seen the list of QB's coming out? Take that list and look at their stats and schedules they played. I'll give Croyle the fact that he did have somewhat decent stats in a difficult and purely defensive conference this year.
Man, did you have to bring up that name(Randy Sanders). I was hoping to purge that from my memory bank! :bad:(wilburnVol @ Jan 2 said:Bammer had two OT who couldn't block my grandmother (who's dead). Oh, btw, thanks Randy Sanders for the three points.
Idiot.
