Defensive concern

It's an orange and white game. If the D had won, the OP would have entitled this thread, "Offensive Concerns". Overall, the team looks better than they did this time last year.

Remember, there are 18 "individuals" coming in this summer. And if they are working as hard as Joe Henderson obviously has, that may translate into 18 reasons to be a little less concerned.

AJ didn't see much action and Saulsberry didn't dress.

Hopefully the new guys coming in August will hit the ground running.

Actually, they are suppose to arrive at the end of May. And they better be running and working right now. They all are talented, but nobody is THAT talented.

Sorta hard to make a call when you have an outstanding offense and 16 highly rated defensive recruits yet to hit the field.

I agree, but it's also spring against their teammates and they're playing for steaks not championships. Game intensity is almost impossible to create for a scrimmage.

This. People are making a mountain out of a molehill. It's like they think the team is going full on. They are not playing with the same kind of intensity that they do in the season. We also don't have everybody of campus yet. We also have almost 4 months to go before the season starts. Everything will improve. People need to chill out.

I watched some of FSUs spring game. They did not look that good. Even their first offense didn't look good. So I guess they have a long way to go :eek:lol:
