Anybody betting Clemson game tonight?
I decided to stay away from this game. I didn’t know what to expect from Clemson after last season. Looks like more of the same inept offense. If I went through with a bet I was leaning more to taking GT at +24.5.

I think I am taking Hawaii (+50.5) at Michigan. I know they are awful but that is a HUGE spread. Michigan is suppose to be starting the other QB in this one so there might be some ups and downs from that standpoint.

Trying to prognosticate week 1 in college football is very difficult.

It was only a 7 point game until 1 minute left in the 3rd quarter. It was a 24 point margin until Clemson scored with under 2 minutes left in the game. Over prevailed in this one. Good for you, I just wasn’t touching it personally.
The over was 51.5. This is the 2nd game of the weekend I missed the over by 1 point. UGA/Oregon was the other one. Think I am done betting O/Us for a while.

Sorry I thought you were talking about beating the over of the -24.5 spread. Yeah that sucks.

I’m torn on that one. On one hand Hawaii is so bad that the game will most likely be over by the first quarter, and Michigan’s backups will probably get a lot of playing time. But, on the other hand, the last time they played Michigan won 63-3. And beat Rutgers 78-0 that same year. And looking at some of Michigan’s other scores against inferior competition the past few years it seems like Harbaugh isn’t opposed to running up the score.

and I guarantee you the UM players, and their buddies, know the spread
