TBD. Cincinnati was awful last year but they ran the ball well. The only reason it feels disappointing is because some huge names were tossed out there. I trust Heupel though.
The bio on the UC page is impressive. Great rushing attacks seem to follow anywhere he's been. Also, a lot of local ties to NC, VA, KY, and OH. Not sure what his recruiting background is, but the pure coaching aspect looks great on paper.
