Hence the reason I said position coach and not coordinator?

Not sure what your first sentence is trying to prove. Dallas didn't hire him to be a coordinator, nor did I ever imply that he would be a good one. He coached running backs and tight ends under Saban, including tight ends with the Dolphins. Not sure how being a WR coach carries any more or less "responsibility" than being a RB or TE coach.

Adam Schefter is still thinking this is gonna happen. He's espn nfl insider blog guy.

This was posted on the Cowboys website last night. But has been taken down. I'm sure it's some kind of new snag between agents, lawyers, and jones. You have to be careful with ol JJ he'll screw where he can.

If Jerry Jones is dumb enough to let his HC hire Dooley, it will show how far the team has fallen. A lifetime losing record as a coach and just led UT to its worse 3 year conference record of all time. Dooley has never led a team as the HC nor has he ever led a position on a team with any success.

I get that you didn't like him. And he wasn't a good head coach. But you, like you did before he was fired, are still spouting off baseless rumors about him quitting and not caring with no proof like they are fact. Him being a jerk is not a widely known fact.

I have a chip when it comes to DD who destroyed my team. I have been positive when it comes the players like JH and TB who others have bashed. But I never thought DD should have been hired. He proved me right as the incompetent loser I thought he was.

I would invite you to read the countless articles of high school coaches about him, including Von Bell's. He simply stopped recruiting last season.

Re him being a jerk; one of my best friends from college works in the AD in the same area where Dooley's was and verified this to me last fall, way before he was even fired. Im not going to put his name on here.

Believe it you want to or not, but it is 100% fact.

Dooley didnt coach the last game while another fired coach, at Kentucky of all places, did. That spoke volumes of his character and pretty much, in my non professional opinion, summed up the fact he quit a long time ago.

There could be any number of reasons Bell was not recruited. And you having a friend in the AD is proof of nothing. You can say it's a 100% fact, but it doesn't make it anymore true.

I don't really care about Dooley. But I do care about people getting on here and posting things that they can't back up with hard evidence.

And Jason Garrett referred to Dooley as a good friend and a good coach. Everyone here including you and I have people that like them and don't like them. If you want to keep pushing one side of the story to keep ur agenda then do so. But at least admit it and own it.
