I had Rappe and he has done several. Rappe studied under world renowned Dr. Andrews who did Bo Jacksons hip surgery.

If he's not ready till February not much use in not redshirting him, just to play him in march, which I don't think he'd play anyway.

They can forfeit if they can't perform on prospective sport because of such as wheelies on a motorcycle causing crash.
