I was just wondering why Penn State, what were his reasons. But you're right, at least not he's not going somewhere that could hurt us.

He obviously wanted to go somewhere close to home where he could play next year. As soon as I heard him mention that Tennessee had a bunch of receivers, I was pretty sure we were sunk.

It'll be interesting to see if he has any coat tails and can get any of the other top kids to follow him to Penn State to resurrect the program.

I was listening on the internet and apparently had about a 60 second delay. I was convinced that everybody was screwing with me when they posted Penn State.

That's 4 5 star recruits for Penn State the last 2 years. I think he's gonna put together another decent class. Alot of 3 star recruits.

I don't know what is worse, him going to Penn State......or us not being able to recruit him over Penn State.

JoePa and PSU are washed up and DWill will not help them. Good Luck Dwill but I hope you'll get use to losing.

Remember, super-recruiters Mack Brown and Bob Stoops didn't get him, nor did flash in the pan phenom Urban Meyer.

Yeah, but Fulmer is superior to those coaches. Especially that Stoops guy you mentioned. :dlol: That is why I said that.

Oh guys! You've missed the best part about all of this.

He was quoted as saying "I'm going to the University of Penn State".

A Rhodes Scholar in the making, I'm sure.

I was obviously joking. However, I think that Fulmer could hold his own with stoops. He has a better win percentage.

Ah, yes, it never fails. Even threads such as this eventually turn into coach crucifixions.

As always, I'll emphasize the last sentence of OWB's above post.

I'm with everyone else in that I had no clue this was going to happen. Penn State? I can understand wanting to stay closer to home but why PSU?
