Bristol's parenting skills are almost as bad as her mother's.

I have a problem with people critiquing (sp) other peoples parenting skills.....to each his own...that is what is wrong with the US today....we are getting to be a nanny state...Bloomberg I am looking at you....you can critique my parenting skills when you start helping me pay my bills....

I.E. not you personally....just making a statement....

Truth. W should have picked a successor rather than sticking with the fossil. That's the reason we got McCain.
Assuming the financial meltdown and all happened the same as it did, I don't think it would have mattered who the Republicans trotted out. They weren't winning in 2008.

Agree to a great extent, but I still think a slightly dynamic sitting VP could have made things a little more interesting.

Who did you have in mind in 2004? Bobby Jindal either wasn't elected governor yet or at the most would have had about as much experience as Palin in 2008. George Allen? I'm just saying... run through a list of names that would have been viable as a VP in 2004 and convince me that any of them would have solved the 8 year fatigue most people had with Bush or would have been "dynamic" enough to get people motivated to vote him/her in 2008 as the POTUS candidate.

That person didn't exist.
