First off congrads to the VOLS for a outstanding win in one of the most complete games I've seen in awhile.

Ok....I just caught ESPN2 Gameday Scordeboard with all the highlights from last night. When the Tenn - OSU highlights came up all four threw in their thoughts of the game. When it came to Mr. Know-It-All Basketball himself, Dick Vital what di he say? More like what he didn't say. Ziltch, zero, nada one word mentioning the VOLS. All he did was brag about Tuner, OSU's coach, the team and even talked about how good they'll be next year with the players coming in. But didn't mention the VOLS, not any player, Chism, Prince, Bruce Pearl...nothing

Just saw the so-called overview and he did talk about a few highlights but it was none of that classic....WOW Dick Vital....more like dang it...those VOLS just ruined my commentary I had planned for OSU

I hate dick vitale he is a loser he never played backetball in college he does not no what it is like. I hope he never calls a ut game! Just don't like him at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's doesn't realize he's making himself look like the jackass he is. Did you notice Hubie and Digger were looking at him like "you moron....back on topic..Tennessee..blah blah blah"

In the Gameday breakdown this morning, he did talk much more balanced about TN and MSU, Izzo and BP's motivation, energy, etc. I think ESPN got in Dukie's ear and told him to get over it. His silence in that piece last night 100% exposed his animosity.

GO VOLS!!!!

Vitale could be the biggest Vol fan in the world and he would still be an idiot. JMO.

I'm pretty sure that when the Pearl/Thomas incident arose, Vitale said something extremely negative about Pearl's actions on ESPN. Maybe that's the reason for Vitale's hatred.

Dickie V is still mad about the Knoxville radio guys catching him talking about how Horford was better than Noah at UF.

In fact, Vitale was very negative toward Bruce for that incident, saying something like he'll never make it as a head coach, he had ruined his career, etc. He loves cheaters.

Dick should have said that the Vols were "Super, Scintillating, Sensational. Awesome with a capital A, baby." But he didn't. Dick is stupid with a capital S in my opinion...

Well as the Vols keep winning Dicky V will have to talk about them. Boy if Duke and Kentucky play next Saturday he will be in heaven.

Who cares about what anyone from the media says whether their from ESPN or not. We've got no love from anyone so far and our players are loving it they are feeding off of it, and Daddy Bruce is at his best in the under dog situation. I heard digger the other night saying "tennessee who" suggesting they didn't have a chance against OSU, lol stupid espn THIS IS TENNESSEE!!

DV is constantly up Duke and UF's butt. I did notice he changed his attitude toward UT---later on; heaping praise on BP. espn must have gotten in his ear.

I'm not sure why anyone on here really cares that much what any media thinks. If you haven't noticed, since the tourney started most of the colege basketball media, save a few, had us as a first round afterthought.

The fact is even if UT went on to upset and win the NC, these goons would probably label us the worst NC ever.

It's so funny to me how you guys always seek validation from the talking heads and get butt-hurt when you don't receive it.

I agree. Who really cares what these bloviators say. It's like listening to Glenn Beck to gain validation for your thoughts.

Dude will be dead in a couple years anyways and we won't have to listen to his schtick anymore.
