I read the camera isn't controlled by a person. It's on autopilot. It also goes out of range of the communication satellites periodically and loses signal.

If NASA was really trying to hide stuff like this they wouldn't make a live feed available at all.

Space intrigues me, as I'm sure it does a lot of people. So naturally I have watched live ISS feeds before. Every time I've ever watched they cut out and give that message every now and then. Sometimes they switch between cameras and it takes a second to switch.

If it is like that for real, it would be almost impossible to get through safely. A lot of stuff falls out of orbit and burns up in the atmosphere.
