ESPN needs to find a way to integrate all ESPN programming into ESPN +.

Eventually they probably will, but the problem for them is they have contracts tied up with several leagues and cable companies. For them it's not as simple as just going the HBO route.

I could dig a Home Alone remake if they do it like the Vacation reboot and tie in some of the original characters. Would be cool to have Macaulay Culkin reprise his role as Kevin and be one of the parents this time around.

I'm really looking forward to this and I'm glad they decided to go the show route instead of a movie that would have probably been overlooked. McGregor's Obi-Wan is one of the few things I love about the prequels.
