Agreed. I think the strengths will actually be accentuated in the league and not diminished. Right now, we’ve seen Knecht struggle mostly when teams bring help defense and double him. He’s been pretty efficient when teams play ISO.

Knecht is not going to be a player that NBA teams feel the need to double, so if he has space and is just trying to win 1-on-1, his handles are perfectly fine.
Agree. The key will be his 3pt % more than likely. He'll get hunted on defense. Is he making efficient enough shots on the other end to warrant time on the court? He is also athletic enough to get into traffic and finish. I've been really impressed with the stance and willingness on defense the last couple of weeks too. He has enough size to play 2 or 3 in the league. If he's a legit catch and shoot threat at the NBA level, he'll be able to attack closeouts and do some damage.

He's got a skill that set is always sought after in role players in the NBA, and while his age and lack of defense will be red marks, the kid works his tail off and will carve out a place in the league. I'll say this, my Sixers could absolutely use his instant offense off the bench right now.
If Harris can stay aggressive offensively, they are contenders

The key to his NBA chances will definitely rest on how big a liability he would be on the defensive end. I'm not sure how much he can improve defensively in one season, but there are coaches who flat out won't play a guy who is relentlessly hunted. There will always be a place in the league for his skill set, but improving to at least average defensively raises the bar substantially.

If he can at least be a good team defender (right rotation, switches, etc.), his body and frame will help a lot. He's shown a lot better technique and effort the last 2-3 games. Barnes will be as tough on him defensively as about any NBA coach. I think he'll be fine as long as he's producing on offense enough to warrant the PT.

I really think Knecht gets short changed on his defense because of his reputation as a bad defensive player. From what I’ve seen, he has made huge strides in his defense already this year.

I didn't even know Keon Johnson is with the Nets now but seems to be having a decent year at 12 ppg. That's like his 4th NBA team in his short career and becoming a journeyman already but maybe he will find his niche with the Nets. Jaden Springer is struggling but is only 21 yrs old so still time but only like 2 ppg and barely playing but still collecting a check. Is Chandler playing in the NBA still or G-League or overseas?

Tobias Harris is having a great career and Josh Richardson still having a nice career. Good pickup by my Heat this year.

The Sixers have given Springer some chances, especially now that Rivers is gone, but as good as he is defensively and as athletic as he is, he just can't find any rhythm on offense or consistency with his shooting. He lit up the G-League last year, but so far can't make the transition to the NBA. If he could shoot even a consistent 35-36% from 3, he could carve out a spot for himself in the league, but he is only 21.
