Terrible Ted could bring it. My dad was an engineer with CBS/Epic and I got to sit in on some sessions. Dude was gonzo but only drank, never anything "stronger".

Alcohol is actually considered a stronger and more addictive drug than marijuana

doesn't make it worse

Doesn't make what worse? Alcohol being a stronger drug and more addictive doesn't make it worse? In my mind it does, no question.

Also, the fact that alcohol makes you fat and out of shape. Not to mention, dumb as a brick. If a stoner and a drunk are doing an IQ test (say they have same IQ sober), I'm taking the stoner to get the better score by a good margin.

Alcohol doesn't count in this thread. Bob Dylan is known to be a big weed head but I haven't heard of him doing in crazy drugs like cocaine.

Lol, I'm pretty sure he introduced the members of the beatles to some of the more hard core drugs.

That's a fantastic, well thought out argument. So are you going to go on record saying weed is worse for you than alcohol? It sounds like you're trying to avoid committing to that, but you don't want to admit you're wrong.

Marijuana ain't so bad

A molecular link between the active compon... [Mol Pharm. 2006 Nov-Dec] - PubMed - NCBI

Compared to currently approved drugs prescribed for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, THC is a considerably superior inhibitor of Abeta aggregation, and this study provides a previously unrecognized molecular mechanism through which cannabinoid molecules may directly impact the progression of this debilitating disease.

This doctor says by prescribing his cancer patients with MJ allows him to treat 5 symptoms which allows patients to avoid taking 5 chemically manufactured drugs, all with side effects.

This doctor uses a great analogy. He says that if marijuana were to be just now discovered in the Amazon, the world would be talking about a "miracle drug" because of all the health benefits. With the social stigma attached, it's hardto get recognition as the "miracle drug" that it is.
