Dobbs HAS to be the back up

I remember when a year ago we wanted anything but Worley and then we actually saw Peterman play and realized why he was backup. I don't know if you recall and I love Dobbs but lets just say NFL scouts weren't exactly drooling over him.

Dobbs isn't redshirting because they want to save him. It was very clear that he was way behind Worley and Peterman. Dobbs won't be starting the next 2 yrs. And from what I remember UT has done well with FR starting. Peyton, Casey, Ainge. Freshman are so much more prepared to play early and often.

They've proven they dont know a QB if he walked up his ass.

Peterman's "performance" today should've put an end to any thought that he should ever be UT's qb, as a backup, as a starter, as anything. Great kid, just not a D1 qb.
He wasn't prepared by the coaches either, both his and the coaches' fault.

I think the game looked really fast to him. I don't think it was nearly as bad as many are saying. But I do think he's a distant second behind Worley. It showed today.

Dobbs is better than Peterman and I also believe he'll be redshirted this season. People forget that Dobbs was hitting our receivers in their numbers last year when he played it's just that our receivers sucked plain and simple. Most people have trouble seeing past that so they draw the illinformed conclusion that Dobbs sucks.

The coaches who see him in practice every day don't seem to agree
