Dodge to Withdraw from Nascar after 2012 Season

They couldn't win with Penske running their operation. Penske has won big EVERYWHERE he's been. It was a waste of money, and it went against their ethos. Once NASCAR became a glorified spec series, it was in their best interests to bail. But it was all about the money train.

There is no doubt Penske has been successful everywhere he has been. Maybe more so in Indy Car than Nascar but he hasn't been slack in Nascar.

Why do you think Dodge couldn't win with Penske running their operation?

Don't blame him for that at all. Penske has had way more success in that series.

I don't think Nissan would put forth the money or effort that it would take to get into Nascar. I don't know why but I just don't think they would.

I could see it. Atleast I could see them racing the Titan.

Maybe the Titan in the truck series, but again, there's no value in it for them. NASCAR goes against almost everything Ghosn has built Nissan to be.
