Remakes have been around in Hollywood since at least the 30s. I never understood why people think it's some new practice.

I am aware of this, the problem is over the last 5 years or so they have been digging these up at a much quicker pace.

I am with you, I can't stand him. I refuse to watch anything he is in. He is way too close to communist dictators for my liking.

Also the comments he had towards Reagan were way over the top

I lived in Venezuela for 6 years putting up with that nut Chavez. I recommend Sean do the same thing. His opinion will change quickly...rather than just a weekend joy-ride to get the feel of a country in despair.

But you aren't rich and famous, therefore you have no value as a PR tool, which is exactly what Penn is and has been used for. He just doesn't have sense enough to realize it.

My daughter was an extra when they shot a bunch of scenes here in Memphis. The personnel people told everybody they must not say anything to Penn or even look at him. I think if you look up douchebag in the dictionary you will see his picture.

Only because he hasn't made anything remotely interesting to me in 15 years. The "All the Kings Men" remake was atrocious.
