it takes more seasoning than say salmon, mahi, or even tilapia, but I like the texture.
I have never been a big fan of fish, but I have had fresh fish in Florida that was altogether better than what I have had around here. In Jamaica I had red snapper that was as good as anything that I have ever eaten before.

How did they prepare it in Jamaica?

I don’t think I have had the pouch, need to try that.
I love them, for what they are. I've tried all of them, I like the Bumblebee Salt and cracked pepper and their jalapeño and I like Starkist hickory smoked and the jalapeño. Some of the others are okay, but those are good for a dollar pak of tuna.

Bumblebee makes a smoked salmon in oil that is canned. Its a flat tin with a 3.75 oz piece of smoked salmon that is excellent $2.99. I just had it, some shrimp, avocado with olive oil and salt and pepper. Had the same for breakfast but added a boiled egg.

I saw the head and fins and thought, oh no. Especially seeing I don't really care to eat fish. Boy was I wrong.
