Long ago, when Mustang IIs were plentiful on the roadways, and smart phones were just a dream, my friend since high school recruited me to join a group of judges for the Miller Lite Chilli Cook Off. He worked at the distributorship owned by UGA great, Frank Sinkwich. We recruits were assigned to judge the chillidog competition. Second place went to my personal favorite, a 1/4 lb natural casing beef dog on a poppyseed roll with a stripe of mustard and venison chilli (no beans, no katsup).
