Personally I find a hot dog to be a perfect basis for whatever you want to put on it, and this being supposed to be a free country people should be allowed to put whatever they want on it, even if they decline Brown Mustard, Kraut and onions like G-d forsaken heathen. Peppers and Onions is also acceptable. I have had some crazy combinations, trying to remember where I had a Hawaian Hot dog that was fantastic. (pineapple is good on everything but my diet) Right now I find it hard to find many hot dogs not loaded with corn syrup.....I have a found a couple... but I never realized how much sugar and carbs people put into most dogs.

Pederson's and Applegate are both good, and there's always Hebrew natty if you hard up. But it is the lesser of the three...

Boars head uncured Knockwurst will leave them all crying though....
