Does limiting POTUS to a maximum of two terms hurt us against our international foes? And if so should we consider changing it?

Honestly at this point it would be more helpful to audit politicians every year then term limits. Particular if they have a significant jump in wealth. This is not an argument for ending term limits. Rather if we really wanted to stick to the original intention, we should audit Politicians and their investments while in office.
