Does Miami Have a Shot?

If you're referring to the coin toss, I think they've got a shot. At least 50/50.

They have a lot of young talent. They will certainly do better than the 21.5 that Florida is favored by.

Is miami starting Jacory Harris or Robert Marve?

Nobody gave UCLA a chance, and we all know how that happend. But, I think UF coaching and talent will win out big on this dude.

They've got a really good shot to beat the spread. I believe its in the 20s.

Any chance Miami keeps this close?
College football games have a funny way of playing themselves out. Anything can happen as you well know. First instinct everyone says FLA will blow them out, then what if FLA lets them linger around in the game. Miami plays the clock and has long sustained drives (which might happen b/c I am not sold on the front 4 at the moment) like Auburn did to us last year in the swamp and before you know it, it's half-time and the game is real close . Keep the game close and 18-24 year-old underdogs sometimes find a way to get it done. It will be an interesting game b/c everyone will be hyped. However, I take us to win going away in the later part of the 2nd half.

Just throwing this out there, Marve broke a lot of Tebow's high school records.

Not going to mean much during the game, just an odd fact.

I'm not Hat but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Jr. last night. The gators will destroy the Canes beyond recognition.

Miami's too young. They keep it relatively close in the first half. Then the track stars from florida start running up and down the field.
