I gave her you suggestion. The names proposed thus far are Siri, Pookie, and Wookie.
For some reason, tho, we always call our dogs by some nickname that they earn due to their personality. We my be strange. LoL

I had never heard of the breed until I saw your posts on this thread. If I ever saw one, I must have thought it was a German Shepherd.
What stood out to me in the story is that he was wounded but kept moving forward to his target. That is very impressive.
