we used to have a bunch of rabbits around here until the bobcat established his residency

I had two decide to have a territorial dispute on my back porch a couple of nights ago. I heard what I thought was one making racket somewhere in the back yard. As I’m looking out the rear windows on to the porch …..one jumped up on it …..and then I heard the one in the yard that I couldn’t see make some horrible sounds like a woman being murdered ……then it jumped up on the porch and all hell broke loose for about 10 seconds.
It was wild
