Great Pyrenees, Anatolian Shepherd mix. Dad was about 150#s, at 10 weeks he's 16#s. Won't be as big as dad but coyotes will steer clear of him and our goats. Will get him a companion female this spring.

My great uncle has about 50 head of cattle and one horse. He also has Great Pyrenees that doesn’t care a bit about his cows, but won’t let anyone get close to the horse.

When my wife told me she was getting the girls a puppy and I saw the mother I was appalled. She was one of the ugliest dogs I’d ever seen and I asked her why she’d do that to our girls. I said they’ll be so embarrassed when people see how ugly their dog is.... fortunately Mia didn’t end up looking much like her mother.... thank you mutt father ... wherever you are

She and my other Dachshund and getting along relatively well. I was concerned about that but other than a couple of food arguments, all is good.
