Just by glancing at the article links on his page, I can see that he's probably a Tar Heel.

Looks like a good player, though.

Dominic used to be very high on UNC, but that has sizzled out. He is Rutgers to lose, according to a bunch of people. However, you never know, and if he is listing us then I guess that means we have a shot.

At this point theres many great players we could land and in the end it doesnt matter how many stars our recruits have. Chris Lofton being the biggest example 2 star coming out of high school and he proved all of the so called experts wrong.

Even better than that, JaJuan was a walk-on, and he is just as much of a player as Chris is.

Chris was a top 150 guy coming out of HS, so i think JaJuan is a better example.

I would love to get Dominic, but i feel that we havent been in his recruitment near long enough as UNC and Rutgers.. he's prolly a tar heel.. even though i would hate it if he goes there.. but he would be a perfect fit in there system. and he would prolly be in the NBA after two years or so.
but if he picked RUTGERS over the tar heeels.. i would be super happy and LMAO

Rutgers is doing a great job in recruiting lately.. They got MCDAA Mike Rosario, who is a GREAT player, and then took Duke's top target after that.. According to ESPN announcers Scotty Hopson is also looking at them ..LOL kidding. That will never happen.

Jerry Meyer said a month or so back that Cheek and UNC have soured on one another of late. Cheek labeled the Heels as his favorite at one time, but due to Roy Williams recruiting several other top flight wings from the '09 class Cheek lost a lot of interest. Meyer said the two have stopped all contact. My bet is Rutgers, maybe Syracuse or Villanova. Don't see much chance he gets away from the Big East.

They sure did. It came out of left field.

But Kenny Boynton is the TOP target.

Honestly Rutguers could be building something for the next coupld of years.

But what exactly did the article about us and Cheek? Who are his top schools? Did he say? Thanks in advance.

This is all it said about UT. It was a Kansas article.
"I'm going to visit Connecticut this weekend for an unofficial visit," said Cheek. "After that I'll head to Providence for a tournament. I'm still looking at the same schools. Kansas and Tennessee are two of the newer schools that are now involved.

"Florida just offered me a scholarship," he added. "Kansas, Tennessee and Florida are just a few of the newer schools that are involved in my recruitment."

He has A LOT of big time schools on his list. Hopefully we can get him down here for a visit.
