They need to put Cold Pizza on the Yes Network, where it belongs.

Kentucky message boards are comedic gold right about now.

Haha being a Yankee fan born in CT, I enjoy it, but I know what you're saying.

I loved how one day their "Top Story" was when Steve Swindal divorced a Steinbrenner daughter and everyone was talking about the state of the franchise.

That was the other day, and it was the leading headline on literally every ESPN program that covered baseball in one way or another.

Even as a NYY fan I knew it was ridiculous. We all know the Boss won't be done for at least 3 years. Surely they can find someone competent enough in that time.

I remember thinking, "I wonder how many people are pissed that they have to endure this"

I take it you're not a baseball fan.

My favorite show on TV at any point of the year is BBTN. That said, when Harold Reynolds got fired, I almost shed a tear.

One of the happiest sports related days of 2006 for me. It showed that actually being literate was still a requirement to work on an ESPN studio show.

I don't like basebal that much, but I do consider myself a Cubs fan. If I want to follow them, I'll flip it to WGN. If I want to read about A-Rod's afternoon schedule, I'll flip it to ESPN.

Gotta disagree with you there. HR was the best analyst on any network. Period. I've had people who played in the majors admire his analysis. He and PG are the best in the business. Kruk, Brantley, and Orestus are hacks.

Also that wasn't why he was fired. Apparently hugging a woman too tight these days will get you fired (not to mention it was at an Outback; no rules just right anyone? Also it was reported it was a pattern of bad behavior by a man with a wife and kids. Cmon HR you're better than that!)

Of course the current players love him. He kept his head firmly embedded in their a$$es. He is the Ahmad Rashad of baseball.
