bottom line is this....if you dont have the coaches...and you dont get the right players who wanna work hard....doesnt matter how many stars you get...you wont win...need an example..look at miami's class from 04 to 05...then look at our record..

I posted this in a different thread earlier but according to Rivals we had five 5 stars in 2002. Of those five none ever played in the NFL. That same year we only had two 2 stars scholly players. Of those two, one(Jason Hall) ended up as a solid NFL player. Just a little food for thought.

I agree that normally the top players end up panning out but sometimes they don't also.

Position #1 led the Jets to the playoffs yesterday, was a 5 star, and left early for the draft...sometimes it's miss on the stars...Sanchez is a validation of when it works and McCoy of a missed evaluation.

Sanchez did not lead them anywhere... The D and the ground and pound got them there..
