Washington is one the two or three best teams on that whole schedule. Pitiful. If tOSU makes it to the national championship, they will get absolutely demolished by whoever they face.

What makes you sure? If they play Oklahoma, then maybe, but no teams are really that great this year.

I have just not been impressed with that offense. They're cruising through inferior defenses. I just get the feeling that after a season of blowing away crap teams, they are getting set up to be destroyed in their BCS if they play anyother conference champ.

BTW, +1 USF for #1!

That is taking it too far. Like it or not (and I hate it) Tressel is a fantastic coach putting some good teams together.

I agree. I can't believe everyone assumes this team will lose to Michigan. The Wolverines have no defense. Chad Henne is not clutch, and Mike Hart is getting beat up. Additionally, Jim Tressel owns Lloyd Carr. Tressel is by far the best coach in the Big 10 right now and I think it's pretty likely he'll win the conference once again.

Michigan St isn't great, but that could be a loss as well. Honestly, I think it is a pretty safe bet to say that Ohio St. ends the season with 2-3 losses.

Can't hate Ohio State because they play in the Big Ten and have the best coach in the conference

OSU will destroy Wisconsin. I can't see Illinois beating them. I'd be surprised if they lost before Michigan, and even then I would take OSU over the Wolverines.

I agree. I think it's funny that everyone is saying Michigan will beat Ohio State.

Ohio State has a pretty damn good team. Normally they wouldn't be ranked so highly, but this year in football has been crazy

I lived in Columbus during the Cooper era and man those fans were not happy, Tressel has done a great job at Ohio State. I agree with you tvolsfan.
His first year was his worst year at 7-5 went on to
14-0
11-2
8-4
10-2
12-1
put the buckeyes in two NC, with one win, I'd say thats pretty good.

Leading that 2002 team to 14-0 is as good as a coaching job as I have seen... Or it as least way up there... With the talent they had they really shouldn't have less than three losses. His early years made me think he was just really conservative, and that it was his style... I then realized that he loves scoring, but was smart enough to know that being aggressive could have meant 4 losses with the talent they had on offense.

the year he went 12-0 wasn't that the year when they were winning at the end of the games.
Whats the kids at school saying about the Indians?

I think you mean the year they went 14-0...

That year they won with a goal line stand against Cincinnati, a pick in the endzone with Wisconsin, a game where they beat Penn State by 6 while not scoring on offense, a prayer of a throw by Krenzel against Purdue, overtime with Illinois who had 2 seemingly good touchdowns called back, beating Michigan while getting help by having three Michigan touchdowns called back for offensive pass interference, and that miracle in the desert to end the season... I have no idea how that happened. 6 of their last 7 games were decided by a touchdown or less. They pulled off several miracles the next year too, and almost a dirty one against Wisconsin.
