I am a repub / conservative.

William Kristol mentioned in his parting shots and he's a sharp gent.

I think I heard David Gergen mention it as well, and he's one of the sharpest liberals out there.

I'm more of a politics lurker than a poster due to my own conflicting political views, but I will say that I really enjoy reading the banter in this forum.

Some of the best posters on the Nation live here...with some notable exceptions.

Actually I haven't gotten all of my income tax back in 4 years. However, I'll probably get most, if not all, back this year.

Papa, I enjoy it as well. My Volnation appreciation forum many weeks back was sincere. Always fun to throw out an opinion, see who takes the bait, and then fight like hell. Though I wonder if some of you would try to punch me in the face if you ever saw me.

This forum has just enough lunacy, silliness and boorishness, and that's just FineVol's posts - heeyy!! I'll be here all week.

I doubt I'd punch anyone in the face. I'm much more laid back than I come across here, but I am staunch in what I believe (I know that's hard to believe) and love the spirited debate.

By the way, I picture you as your avatar and just couldn't see punchine wee little GH for anything.
