Dont know if the balloon hit power lines like the ones outside most of our houses which I would say average around 40 foot. But they can go much higher. I have a friend that works in the construction of electrical pylons. We were talking about the heights of pylons one day and he said they can be many different heights. He has built some as short as 95ft. to as tall as 185ft. He said in the U.S. that some are as tall as 365ft. China has 2 pylons that stand 1137ft. tall and one that stands 1213ft. tall.
