This is one of the reasons I am forced to get on these forums everyday.. its amazing posts like this one, filled from one end to the other with assumptions and opinions passed off as fact.

A: (Well he's not real busy these days..) How on earth could you possible know how busy the man is? Because the guy is not a coach any more, he has absolutely nothing else in life to do. I wonder if he even bothers getting dressed in the mornings any longer...

B: (He'll land a assistant job, that fits him better..)
isn't it awesome how vol fans think they are the one stop authority on all things football? I mean any school out there that is looking for a coach.. all they need to do is come to the Volnation boards.. and hire one of our 18 million experts on Football.

C: (Maybe he should pursue a career in Law.. He makes a better lawyer than coach anyway..) :bash::bash::bash: LMAO not saying he was a great coach by any means.. but you have no idea how good of a lawyer he is...

Thanks for that absolutely amazing post :twocents:

Get off the high horse Barbara, it's done. :)

If Saban goes to Cleveland, maybe he'll be hired at Alabama. Afterall, he was one of "Saban's boys".

Glad it really offended you... Dooley's record speaks for itself.. You're right.. I have no idea how good a lawyer he'd be.. Sure hope he'd make a better one than a coach.. Heck with the money UT is paying him he doesn't have to stay busy... So yeah mostly assumptions and good ones at that...

That doesn't address the fact that those tweets bear no resemblance to what Dooley would say.

I'm sure some reporter is investigating it and we will find out if its his tweets. I'm sticking with what I believe and that its him doing it. Rucker and Travis are both saying its him. Merry Christmas

I'm not on twitter so did CBJ invent it or was he the first to tweet??? Cause if so then DD would be "copying" CBJ.

I'm glad DD didn't bother with crap like this when he was here. He focused on actual work.

The VN e-coaches at its best work with this thread.

Dooleys work was not very impressive, but I'm sure he was busy doing something.

Jones being in twitter is a great move for sure in the PR department but he isn't missing out on real work because of it. I would bet serious money a GA staff member is maintaining his twitter account and unless a tweet concerning a player or recruit comes across his account he doesn't read them.

6. Christmas...A time to love and celebrate all things family...and to think of a new excuse to keep the ever popular Barbara off the air.

@DerekDooley since you are unemployed I can say whatever the hell I want to say! #merrychristmas

I'm probably one of the few who didn't care what she said.

I'd say it's him. He mentioned something about it during one of his initial interviews. iirc

then those tweets are pure comedic gold...i hate him more and more with every post bc of the obvious lack of regret for how everything turned out, but there's a part of me that laughs at the sheer cold humor at our expense. tis an awkward feeling honestly
