Let me begin by saying, I do not want Dooley to continue as the head coach for the Vols. He is in over his head, and it is time to move on.

However, I have the utmost respect for what he has done for the players off the field. The Vol for Life Program is the highlight of the stability he brought to the team over the past three years by promoting character, dedication, etc.

Can we just put him as Vol for Life Coordinator for the 2013 Football Season!?!

Thank you, Coach Dooley. We may not appreciate all of your decisions, but most in Volnation respect the good work you did.

Dooley as Recruiting Coordinator/QB coach (or even OC).

Keep the majority of the offensive staff. I have no problem with any of them.

Get a new Head Coach. Fire the Defensive Staff.

We save money. Life is good.

MSCE09 nailed it and there is no use daydreaming about other options. His contract is for Head Football Coach, not janitor or assistant to...... It's going to cost to get rid of him, no use worrying about it. Dooley will want his payment when he goes.

The firing will be next weekend after we lose to Vandy! I don't even think a 6-6 record is worth keeping him! Fire the whole staff. He brought them with him from La. Tech. Look what that team has done this year.

He would be a better AD than Hart.

Not gonna happen. Pride and conflicts of interest are insurmountable barriers here.

How many on his staff are from La Tech? But yeah, I do think he's gone regardless, just my opinion though.

Why would Dooley stay and be in this circus act of an administration when he can walk out the door with a cool $5 mill over the next 2 years? Just dumb not to
