Wow. I have made the comparison several times here and IRL to Dooley and Garrett. They both seem like intelligent guys who just don't seem to have what it takes to win at a championship level.

I think Garett is a reasonably good position coach. I'll have to go back and look at what Dooley did when he was a position coach under Saban.

I didn't realize Dooley and Garrett were position coaches on the Dolphins at the same time. Maybe that has a little to do with it.
