Im sorry guys, I just expected a lot more from Jones and this crew! Its a joke how they collapsed in the 2nd half..inexcusable. All I am saying is that I have seen NO significant improvement in coaching..none! Its like Dooley never left. I hope to god Jones proves me wrong and is successful. Beat JawJaw and all is forgotten lol

I REALLY hate to even say this, but I believe Derek POS Dooley would have coached a better game than Jones. Dooley would have won this game 45-14. I hate that m f er more than anybody, but his teams did take care of business against inferior opponents...hell he crushed most of them. I haven't seen much of an improvement with Jones, and its really disappointing and disheartening. I guess I expected a well-coached team. Im not impressed at all to say the least.

Dooley sure was a real good game manager. Just ask LSU and Mizzu, they liked him for the 14 men plays and not knowing when to call timeouts. He would have lost this game

Like I've posted in other threads, better and more experienced teams have fallen asleep at the wheel after reeling off 30+ straight points.

They did I think Troy, Missouri, and Kentucky would say other wise.

I think this staff would have coached a better game too, had he had the offensive talent that Doolz had. It's a broken comparison.

This is the dumbest thing I've read on here in a long time. Did you watch the Troy game?

No, Kentucky is not considered an inferior opponent lol No SEC team is an inferior opponent..come on! Im talking about the cupcake games and yes, I remember the Troy game. Dooley is the worst coach ever to walk the sidelines...I hate him. Again, this thread is nothing more than about Jones not living up to my expectations...didn't mean to get anyone riled up lol

This is a young inexperienced team, what else did you expect? I trust coach jones and everything that he's doing. There should be no reason not to at this point when were only 5 games in.

When you have beaten a team for 25 straight years they are inferior no matter how much alcohol you have had.

I'm sorry, SEC team or not, that 2011 Kentucky team was inferior.

I said that about the first half of Florida. Let's be honest, he's still coaching here if he hires a DC worth a damn.

Smart people know this. a good DC and we are a 9-10 win team last year, and sitting on one loss to oregon this year and probably top 25 ranked after the florida win.

Don't use logic though, Dooley is the fault of all problems with UT football, just like Obama is the fault of all problems in America.
