Drops

Drops happen at all levels. I think it bothers a lot of posters more than usual because our margin for error is so razor thin.
Regarding Croom, anyone with eyeballs can see that he plays soft for his size. Yes he tried to catch that one in the endzone that was intercepted, but he was a good 5 inches taller and 40 lbs heavier than the DB and he let him get better position when the ball arrived. The guy should be tossing around DBs like rag dolls at the line of scrimmage to get open. As much as DaRick was a locker room distraction, he knew how to use his strength and size to get separation from DBs. Go back and look at what he did to honey badger against LSU - Croom has the physical tools to do that routinely, he just doesn't have the will or the toughness. It sounds harsh but I doubt he will flip the switch suddenly and be that kind of player. If he could, he would have done it by now. Jmo.
Seems all of your posts are about as insightful as this one. By any chance, did you bother to read this in the post above yours before commening, or do you just know it all? "we now know he's banged up really bad especially his left wrist which effects the overall ability to catch/secure the ball but the coaching staff and he want to try and play through it."
