You weren't necessarily wrong, there was reason to be skeptical of Harbaugh. I simply felt his lineage and personality would overcome his inexperience.

it wasn't harbaugh in particular I was skeptical of, it was the stanford situation. He still has a long ways to go to get them competitive. when you have zero nfl talent, you can't take juco players, and you have among the highest admission standards quick turnarounds just don't happen. I do think i've seen enough from harbuagh to believe that if he's there longterm he will have them competitive. edit: btw i was sold on him before the game. i was telling anyone that would listen that if the Cal team who showed up the past 4 games showed up yesterday that we would lose to stanford.

You're probably correct, but I can't forget you saying something like "Cal will beat the Turd by 5tds this season" and somthing about "selling the farm" on it, so I'll just consider the source. (j/k)
