Nowhere near enough. It'd have to be someone more appealing than KBH. Palin, perhaps, but even then, I'm not sure it'd sway them to vote for McCain - they might just do a write-in for HRC. Or abstain.
but abstinence isn't a viable policy according to the Dems.

I saw a Clinton delegate interviewed today who is guesstimating that as many as 5 million of the 18 million Hillary voters will go McCain. She certainly is.

and that's who I think KBH helps with, just because of the unique dem situation.

I find that guesstimate to be very, very dubious.

Obama's camp has been accusing the Mccain camp of playing head games to take attaention away from the convention... I think it's still going to be Romney.

CNN's John King just confirmed that it is indeed Pawlenty.

Edit: About 3 minutes after they posted this, they changed it to say CNN's John King has confirmed that McCain will NOT choose Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty to be his VP candidate. Sorry for the false information there....but I guess this is news...it won't be Pawlenty. That makes it sound like it will be Romney to me...

...and it is from those observations that I draw my opinion.
goodness gracious, the poor guy has a daily fight with the most absurdly liberal constituency and state government in America. I would understand if he couldn't get a heckuva lot done.

The way that he handled that position wasn't so bad. But, I saw a lot of coverage of him....and I'll stick by my statement...he just really rubs me the wrong way. I think that it was largely driven by the absolute whim that he appeared to be subject to in setting his platform....and the fact that he reminds me of the worst kind of used-car salesman.

...apparently a plane arrived near Dayton from Anchorage, Alaska earlier today. If Palin is McCain's choice I am going to laugh my rear off. McCain's wife won't let them campaign together!

it's a huge assumption to assume threesomes aren't in the cards

a source close to Romney says that he is not coming to Dayton today...of course, that could be a smokescreen...but is interesting if true. Are signs really pointing to Palin?
